Frequently Asked Questions

Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade instantly and your new features activate immediately. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Your data is never deleted - if you exceed the new tier limits, existing audits become read-only until you delete or upgrade.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Canceling a paid subscription stops future renewals and your account returns to the Free plan at the end of the paid period. You can export or delete your data from the application; canceling billing does not silently delete your audits.
Do you offer student or nonprofit discounts?
Yes - we offer 50% off Pro for students, nonprofits, and open-source projects. Contact support@auditfront.com with proof of eligibility.
What payment methods do you accept?
Paddle, our merchant of record, shows the payment methods available for your country at checkout and handles VAT and invoicing automatically. AuditFront never stores your card details.
Is there a free trial for Pro?
Yes - Pro comes with a 14-day free trial. Paddle may request a payment method at checkout, but no subscription charge is taken during the trial. You can cancel before it ends.
